Hard drive problems

So I have a 2tb hard drive and a 500gig ssd, the windows boot is on the ssd, but when I go into settings it only says there is 500gigs of storage on the ssd, cant access the hard drive  , but in bios I can see the hard drive-see picture

Does is show up in device manager?

 

Could be in a pool already. Does it show up in storage spaces? (search for manage storage spaces in search bar)

i went to storage spaces and it says "no drives the work with storage spaces are avalible"

and in device manager i click on disk drive and only the ssd shows up
