Normally I wanna open python scripts with IDLE. But there is one script that I wanna open with python.exe. I wanna just left click and have it opened with python.exe. So I don't want to change the default program. I couldnt find how to do it online. I think you might know how I can do this.

right click, open with, choose another program, find python.exe on your computer. Then, it'll forever be available in your right click open with menu

I'm not a professional, just an enthusiast. I don't know everything.

HGST Ultrastar: The last HDD you'll ever need to buy (and the one I always recommend).

Schrödinger's CPU: The Q9650. Is it irrelevant? Is it not?

Write a batch script?

@echo off
python.exe "C:\path\to\python\script.py
pause

Or compile the script to an exe.
