Other details: This is more of a shot in the dark. I have a Thermaltake F31 Suppressor, I ordered the tempered glass a while ago. While, it looks great as is I would like to source a new Solid Side Panel. My dilemma is I have another F31 Suppressor however, This one didn't come with any side panels and is used more for parts. I do not want to buy another F31 Suppressor for a side panel. My hope is someone here will see this and will reach out to me about wanting to help.

I reached out to Thermaltake multiple times throughout the year about help sourcing one to no avail. I'm constantly on watch for one on 3rd party marketplace sites. I know that the Suppressor isn't the only case that uses this Side Panel. If anyone has this side panel or knows where I could find one your help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks All!

Marline

I've had an awful time with thermaltake trying to get an RGB bridge cable for my view 71.  A long time ago, I wanted a window on a normal case so did this:

  1. I went to Ace hardware and had them cut me a piece of plexiglass for like 10 bucks
  2. -I drilled some small holes in the glass for short, flat headed sheet metal screws.  The holes were wide enough to not contac tthe threading of the screws, but small enough that the head of the screw would cover them.
  3. I drilled very small holes in the side of the case (in spots that would line up with the plexiglass) so that the sheet metal screws would grip them and stay in.

Voila!  I had a nice big side see-through panel in back when the best you could hope for was a window about a third of the size of the whole panel.

I edit the shit out of my posts.  Refresh before you respond.

Thermaltake...Good luck....what about looking at getting plexi or aluminium sheets cut as replacement.

Or possibly see how much size difference there is between your side panels and the case they knocked off to make the one yours, the fractal r5 define. I would laugh if the fit.
