Hello!

I'm doing a project, I am going to screw a laptop motherboard to a wooden board and use it as a wall PC type of thing. I watched a video that suggested using a female-female ATX standoff and a screw to mount the motherboard.

My question then is: The laptop seems to use M2.0x3.0 (according to the manual, no clue what this means) screws, what ATX standoff would I need for those?

Having a thread gauge is useful for making sure you get what you need. Lowes sells them if you have one nearby. You could do a long screw with 2 nuts to secure it to a board quite easily. Or have larger bolts that secure it from the edges and just have standoffs in the middle of the motherboard for spacing.
