The 12400f and the 5600x work about the same with Intel being faster at single core workloads, and tend to be cheaper

Cheap aftermarket cooler that will keep the cpu cool

Great board for the price

Cheapest kit of 16gb ram 

Cheap 1tb storage

Cheaper 6600xt

Cheap case with airflow and a decent 650 watt psu
