Need help with usb driver

i have a Azza optical gaming mouse and every time i plug it in it doesnt install, but when i try to got to windows update and install update it says error cannot install. i thought that i just need the driver for the mouse but i cant seem to find it anywhere, not even in the azzatek support. can anyone send me the link? to a driver download pls

Go in device manager an see if you have any driver installed for it, if there is unninstall it reboot your computer and the driver should install itself again.

update your chip-set and any usb 3.0 drivers.

 

its more likely you don't have the correct system drivers as mice use driver that are part of the os.
