thinking of upgrading

Hi. have been planning to upgrade my PC for a while now and have finally decided on the parts. My current PC is a upgraded dell optiplex 9020 with a i7-4770 ,gtx1650 super 2tb ssd, 16gb of ram, and an 650W psu. 

at some point in the future I could like to also upgrade to a rx 6600 for better Linux driver support.

I just want to know if there are any better choices for parts or if there is anything wrong with the current list.
