Currently there are 2 gpus that ive found and i cant choose one over the other so i need some help. the first gpu is a 6650 xt from powercolour and the other is a 3060 gigabyte gaming oc both are going for 412 euros which one should i get?

I dont stream and render a lot to have the need for more vram but it might come in handy in the future

3060 is somewhat better in games with ray tracing, 6650 XT is faster otherwise. 

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

I prefer Nvidia graphics cards because of their nvenc encoder if you ever plan on streaming. Meshroom (photogrammetry software) can only run on Nvidia cards as well, and it is a fun software to play with.

AMD's encoder is now very close to NVENC in performance, and he literally said he doesn't plan to do a significant amount of streaming or rendering.

I wasn't telling them to get the Nvidia graphics card, I was telling them why I like one over the other. Added information is useful for making a decision outside of making a direct recommendation.
