New Gaming PC No POST

 

So I just built a new gaming PC, and while turning it on, every fan works, rgb works, GPU fans work, RAM rgb works, even the motherboard white light turns on but there's no POST.

 

* Note: no rgb in my mouse and keyboard turn on. Not even while connected to front USB ports or board IO ports.

 

Here are the components:

- MSI B550 A-PRO (5000 series ready according to package)

- RYZEN 5 5600

- RADEON RX MECH RX 6600

- Aorus NVME SSD 1TB (4th Gen)

- Trident Z RGB (DDR4) 16gb (2x8)

- Corsair CX650F RGB 650W

- Be Quiet Rock 2 Slim cooler

 

Monitor: Acer Nitro VG0 (144Hz 1080p 27")

 

Here's what I've tried so far:

 

- Reseated the GPU, RAM, SSD.

- Tried another monitor with lower specs and DP instead of HDMI.

- Updated BIOS with flash (with the latest MSI BIOS and introduced the AA0 file in the flash drive (USB 2.0)and renamed it to MSI.ROM) (with the cpu on)

- Tried without GPU but it doesnt really make sense since my CPU doesnt have integrated graphics)

- Removed CMOS battery for 10 min.

- Shorted CMOS two pins.

- Updated BIOS 9A and AA, according to website. (I did leave the case fans while uodating tho but every other part i removed)

 

Can you tell me what's going? I'm planning on taking it to a tech but I wanna know I've tried all I can.
