Mmmm difficult to do, I can just barely manage to squeeze something super budget but working for 700 canadian maple roubles 🙂

I think you need to save some more money... 750 Canadian is the lowest I can recommend some thing and that's without a case and just 256 gigs of storage... https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/yd6Rwc

So you might need to save more or try getting some parts used

just updated the budget and was wondering can you check and see if the parts are ok? also can you help with GPU

Urg... then with the more expensive C$900 build  you're short  $100 because a decent monitor is no less than $200...

 

 

Or you can get the 12100 but have to get back to the 1660S (which is ok) to stay in budget (well $20 above technically 🙂 ) :
