Is something that can be changed for same or little more/less money. The build with this components has total price of 1600€. And I am currently in a proccess of rethinking water loop as it is incompatible with LGA1700 socket without additional mounting equipment. + I would like the build to be good for around 10 years without any large upgrades. Thank you!

Best to save a bit now and upgrade after 5 years that will outperform spending loads now and sitting out for 10 years and still have spent more.

Something like this should set you up and running nicely for the future. Big ATX case to fit everything. ATX motherboard to handle future 13th gen upgrades. Plenty of airflow. 850W PSU to handle future upgrade and for 2022 a powerhouse:

16GB will be enough for now, depending on the workload for Unity or UE. Student/hobbying will be enough but for full time professional AAA dev, no. Or you could stretch a bit and get a 2x16 32GB kit now. Later in a few years you can pop in another 32GB to fill out the 4 slots.

A good build.

You might save a bit using the MSI PRO B660-A WiFi DDR4 instead of the STRIX B660-A. For the i5-12400F it is more than adequate.

Instead of an AIO (that is not needed for the i5-12400F) use something like the Deepcool AK620, Thermalrite Peerless Assassin 120, Scythe Fuma 2 rev B, NH-U12S (Redux), Bequiet Shadow Rock Slim 2, etc.

The Samsung 980 is a PCIe 3.0 drive, unlike the 980 Pro. If there is something less expensive you probably won't notice the difference. You might find that a 2TB NVMe drive is within reach. Otherwise, if you don't need 3.5TB storage immediately, consider getting a 1TB NVMe without the 2TB HDD. Add another NVMe drive later as prices come down and savings increase.

The PSU is excellent, but you might be able to save going with the 80+ Gold model or an equally good model from Corsair, Seasonic, or Phanteks.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
