No display

My monitor suddenly went black …when i sent the gpu for check they replaced it… new gpu doesnt work …is it the pcie slot that is damaged ..? Also asus replaced my gtx 1650 4GB with gtx 1060 6 gb …was it worth it or should I raise a complain on paper the speeds are almost same …but the model i got is def older ??

The 1060 is older but better for sure.
