PC will boot then turn off

So my pc will post then will shut down but simultaneously still be on

 

PROBLEM

- PC will initially boot and show the BIOS logo and then goes to a screen that says “BIOS has been reset, reconfigure if necessary” with the only option to hit “OK”. Weather you hit “OK” or not, the screen will go black and the motherboard lights will stay on but all of the fans and everything will turn off. There was one time that I hit “OK” and I saw it get into the BIOS for 1 second and then the screen went black. I have replaced the CPU the Motherboard and the Graphics card but the issue still seems to maintain. I also replaced the CMOS battery and that did not fix the issue. I have updated the bios because that was necessary in order to be compatible with my CPU.

 

PC PARTS

 

- Ryzen 5900X

- Gigabyte X570 AORUS Elite

- Corsair Vengeance LPX 32gb(2x16gb) DDR4 3200MHz

- Samsung 980 pro 500gb PCIe NVME

- Corsair CX Series 550 Watt

- ASUS GTX 750 ti

 

I really need to figure this out as I have been stumped for many days. I appreciate any help you guys have

Need more info on this one: Did the system ever work properly, or is this a new build?

 

You have replaced the motherboard + CPU with new ones, and this problem still persists? That seems highly unlikely to me.
