Somebody... Help.... Please

I have a Gateway GWTC116-2BL That I got off eBay for $53. Was supposed to be in perfect working order, touchscreen wasnt working, so I was going to return it. Guy refunded me and said keep it, so now we a have a free laptop. I reinstalled from the bios backup and viola now I have touchscreen. But, the x-axis is inverted. Tap Start menu you get Recycle Bin, etc....

Ive done everything everyone suggests. reloaded drivers disabled re-enabled hid touch stuff blah blah, I've wiped and reinstalled windows a few times, tried windows 11 and 10.

Same issue.

Ive done a lot of searching and this seems to be a common problem with the only possible solution something to do with a touchsetting.gt file that supposedly lives win /windows/inf.

I cant get it going to save my life and i know its probably a stupid little text file somewhere.

Any help is greatly aprreceated
