I'd go for this:

The NH-9 throttles on TPU's open test bench on some very heavy loads, PA120 is much better. SSD is also better, you also get a GPU capable of reaching close to the 6900 when overclocked in some benches.

And also the cooler is for future proofing.

Here is a less expensive (and more powerful) CPU cooler, and also you should spend a lot less on the SSD.

PCPartPicker Part List: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/2KsKKp

CPU Cooler: Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 Black 66.17 CFM CPU Cooler ($51.89 @ Amazon)

Storage: Intel 660p 1.02 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive ($79.98 @ Amazon)

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

About what id recommend

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/TwDwyK

Stuck with the 12400f since it's a solid cpu.

The u9s isn't a good cpu cooler for the price when you can get something like the thermalright peerless assassin which is cheaper and will deliver similar perfromance.

 Cheaper board with good features.

Cheaper storage that's still very solid

Better card that as an added bonus has 2x the vram

Stuck with case since it's a solid choice and swapped out psu for a better perfroming one

The fans you chose aren't adressable so they'll show white the whole time, so I switched them out for cheaper fans that are still solid
