yeah thats max load. tried a bunch of games and even played fortnite on epic settings 3840 x1200 full screen.

im not sure about the hotspot. not really sure what that meant

Anything under 100 for hotspot/memory is good

Nvidia seems to put throttle point for memory at 110c; think its similar for the hotspot.
