Most likely, Its a 5 years old processor with a 1 year old GPU, the good news is you can upgrade to a latest gen processor without having to change the Motherboard. Just make sure you update the BIOS first, it most likely has the 5 year old firmware.

 

But the only true way of knowing is get a monitoring software like HWinfo and check the usage percentage while playing the games you usually play. if the CPU is constantly at 100% and the GPU isnt close to it then its bottle-necking the system .

As always, the best way to find out is fucking around. But yes, it's highly likely. 3600's are going for not too much these days on ebay. With a bios update you should be good
