Shipping from LTTstore.com to Ukraine

Hey everybody
I've tried to order the water bottle, used dropdown list for shipping coutries. At the end I see a message that shipping is not available to my country.
So I'm interested if that's because of ongoing war going on here in Ukraine? Or shipping to Ukraine was not even available previously?
