What does that even mean?

OP, there are cheaper office prebuilts like that on Ebay. One thing to watch for is what 1050Ti you have, does it need a power connector or only the PCIe slot?  WIll it physically fit?  A lot of those prebuilts won't fit full sized GPUs.

I have a ASUS Cerberus GeForce GTX 1050 Ti OC Edition and it doesn't need a power cable and I have a bigger case and just move the parts in it.

Not very smart to spend 550euro just to buy a PC that's already outdated.

Don't look at refurbished, look at your local used market.

Leave some 300euro budget to get a used PC with no older than a intel 7th gen with good everything else ignoring graphics and then with the other 250euro get a used GPU. Something like a 1660 should exist around that price, might even get lucky and snatch up a 5600xt or even a 2060.
