Gpu recommendations

Budget ($200 second hand gpu): 

Country: South Africa 

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: intensive games like Rust

Other details: currently I'm planning on using 1 monitor but may upgrade to 2 later on. 

I'm currently undecided between the MSI AMD RADEON RX 570 8GB ARMOR and the MSI NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1050 ti 4GB and need help deciding ( I can get either of them for about 200 USD currently at second hand rates). 

The MSI AMD RADEON RX 570 8GB ARMOR seems to be better but the MSI NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1050 ti 4GB has better clock and turbo speed.

The rx570 is way better. What are some other gpus you can find at that price point?

Rx 570 easily

I played with both 1050 Ti and RX 570. Get RX 570 despite it's more power hungry (for a reason), way better performance.

Only other 4gb ones, would you like me to list those or would they also not match up or be better than the RX570?

I could potentially get a GTX1060 6GB for less than the RX570 if you think that one is also good?
