So I can buy a single 16gb stick for 20€ less than 2X8gb sticks.  (Kingston ddr5 fury rgb 6000mhz cl40)    I could run in single channel for a few months  (I’m sorry god) and when I have enough money, I could buy another 16gb stick. I ask this because the single rank bullsht on 8gb sticks.

so tell me, is this a smart idea

I'd prefer running a single 16GB stick of DDR5 than 2x8GB of DDR5 since at least with 1x16GB you have the potential to upgrade to a proper dual channel setup (the 8GB sticks aren't real DDR5, they have half the bank groups which results in over 30% less bandwidth compared to their proper 16GB, 1Rx8 organized sticks)

That said, I'm of the mind set that if you can't afford 2x16GB DDR5 of a proper speed bin (5600MHz+) you can't really afford DDR5. I'd rather go B die DDR4 (~$80 last I checked for 2x8GB) than 1x16GB DDR5.

I can afford it but I’m pieces, I’m going to build a pc on the am5 platform so I can play at really high framerates (I will buy something with 8 cores).  I’m first going to buy a mobo, cpu, case and all the stuff for a working pc and a second hand gtx 1060 or rx 580 for about 125€.  I will use The samsung g7 as a monitor (1440p 240hz and about 400€ where I live) and play AAA tittles at 720p with some AA and esports at 1440p on low (I’m coming from a ps4 slim so I am used to crappy graphics and framerates).  When I have 600-700€, I will buy  the rx 7700xt or 6800 or the 3070 (ti).
