This, but in particular probably used for connecting the different pins of the chip to certain lairs on the PCB. Usually you want capacitors reaallllyyy close to the pin thats powering the chip to connect it to the 1.1 volt plane for example. having them super close to the chip allows for less noise from other power regulator stuff.

What part of your card is 110 degrees celsius? What model card is it? does your PC case have good airflow?

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad
