Hi, I just got my first ever dedicated graphics card 6750xt which is cheaper than the 6700xt by the time that I got it, I am using the igpu of my processor which is a 5600g before, I tried installing the gpu earlier but its just black screen when I try to boot it up, the rgb on the gpu works, so I am not sure if the gpu is faulty,

one more thing I am using an old monitor which has a vga connector I dont have vga to display adator yet but some say that it should not cause any black screen and it should still post as usual, please enlighten me as I am very noob about this.

thank you

specs

5600g

16gb ram

650w psu

So, if you aren't using an adapter, how is the monitor plugged into your graphics card?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

its not plugged in, monitor is directly connected to the motherboard,

It's possible that the motherboard is defaulting to the graphics card as the output, and disabling the integrated graphics. I recommend removing the graphics card, and going into the BIOS and looking for a setting to force your system to use the integrated graphics for output.
