Hello guys, this is driving me crazy for the past couple of days. I noticed it at first when i was playing PUBG, the game was locked to 48 FPS. After rebooting the system and switching video outputs in GPU (for one I use DP -> HDMI reduction), I unlocked the full 75 Hz of my main monitor. But, after that I noticed, that all my games are locked to 75 Hz, which leads me to believe, that some sort of Global V-Sync is enabled. I have RX 6600, so in my Radeon software, I disabled this:

VSync AMD Radeon

But it didn't help. Any ideas, please? ❤️
