Monitor flickering out of games

Hey guys. Got a weird one that I can't find the answer to.

 

I have a BenQ XL2546K monitor. Absolutely love it. However, it's started flickering outside of games. In Windows, the top half of the screen flickers once every 30 seconds or so. In game, I experience no flickering at all. 

 

Latest drivers installed, tried diff cable, diff ports on GPU, res, refresh rate, and I can't figure out what's going on.

 

So weird that it only does it in Windows (W10). 

 

Any guidance or help would be immensely appreciated.
