WINDOWS BOOT DRIVE

Im building my new Gamer and need a windows 11 usb boot drive, but everytime I try to install i get a error message, not sure what I should do or where I can get one that wont charge me full price. This was on my work laptop that I tried to install so maybe its a security issue, can you download a boot drive using a macbook?

reformat the USB stick, and make sure there are no spaces in the name.  Name the drive like "Win11"

try using a library computer or another machine?
