Hey guys,
So I am in a weird situation. My BIOS is not starting up, whenever I try to open BIOS (pressing 'DEL' key on startup), my monitor goes blank like there is no input coming. This used to work previously I have checked.
BUT

When i try to turn on my pc, it turns on normally into windows and all is working fine

I tried the following:

  • Restarting (more than once).
  • Removing RAM, Graphics card and Hard disk.
  • Removing the CMOS battery for 15 mins and then putting it back and restarting.
  • Shorting the CMOS jumper using a screw (JBAT1 on my MSI H410M PRO-E).

With all this done I thought of flashing the BIOS again but my motherboard doesn't have a BIOS flash button and I can't use M-flash because th BIOS is not working.

System:
CPU: Intel Core i5 10400F 2.90 GHz
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1650 4GB
Motherboard: MSI H410M PRO-E
Ram: 8Gb x 2 2667 Mhz
HDD: TOSHIBA HDWD110 1TB

Any help please...

You mean should I change the PSU ?, because I can play games and the GPU seems to work fine

No, GPU is the graphics card.
It's possible your card won't work correctly with the BIOS for some weird reason, a GPU displays things in a different resolution while in the BIOS than it normally does in the OS.
If you have access to a different card, you can try it and see if that does it.

EDIT:
Checked it and it could be an issue with the board itself, it has onboard video capability so perhaps a BIOS reset can help.
I've noted with my boards, sometimes boards that's capable of running a CPU/GPU combo will do some stuff like this, not letting the add-in GPU card function in the BIOS itself.
Do try a reset of the BIOS, can be done by simply removing the battery for about a minute and popping it back in. You will have to reset everything including the system time but if it gets you going again, you can go into the BIOS and check how video functions are set by default. Sometimes the BIOS will do things on it's own and cause this problem, sometimes you'll not have any video output period from the card but the onboard video when ran with a CPU capable of graphics itself works fine.

It's weird but it's like that sometimes.
