High CPU Frametime

I noticed that my CPU Frametime is very very high in VR which is like 25ms all the time, without exceptions, which makes it unplayable anything on VR.

I dont know if this high CPU frametime is present only in VR or not.

I didn't have that problem like two weeks ago.

 

Anyone has an solution and idea why it has been happening?

 

My specs:

i9-9900k @ 3.60ghz

rtx 3070ti

ASRock B365M Phantom Gaming 4

Vengeance Pro 16gb

 

EDIT: I noticed that this shit happens mostly when i run a game through SteamVR
