Which thermal pads to use in a Zotac gtx 1650 super dual fan 4gb.

Anything that you could find, the components that covered by thermal pads aren't usually that critical to cool down quickly anyway.

In the case of thermal paste however, any paste that you use for your CPU would work fine. Could recommend Noctua's NT-H1 for it.
