Budget (including currency): around 1100$

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: This is my first build and after countless research and talk, I have come up with this build and was wondering if there was any issues or better options for the same price before I purchase all of the parts soon. Thanks in advance.

Yes it can, you just need to wait a month for the B660M Mortar MAX to release.

Anyway, OP I'd suggest you switch the motherboard to a B660M-A Pro, it's the same price and got a much stronger VRM. Alternatively you can wait a month and try to overclock the 12400F which should be a fun time.

I'd also get a cheaper kit of RAM, for $80 you can get Samsung B die instead which will perform a bit better in memory intensive workloads. 3200MHz CL16 shouldn't really cost more than $60, any more than that is overpaying.

Also, have you looked into AMD cards? The RX 6700 XT is a bit faster than the 3060 Ti but is a little cheaper.
