Hey I just want a place like pc part picker but I can put water cooling products on there

tbh i don't think there is a website where you can "build" your loop and check compatibility.
That's why it calls custom watercooling ... it's custom ... meaning you'll have to do research and visit manufacturer websites yourself and check speccs. 
Scroll trough forum's and gather a lot of info. that's the only way.
