PC lagging suddenly

Today I was watching yt,then suddenly my pc began to lag soo bad. I just had 3 apps open. I went to task manager and saw that my ram is at 99% (8Gb ram) and  the ssd is at 100%. Help needed

Anything specifically hogging the RAM listed in the task manager?

no,just nvdia drivers and other stuff

I cant send a screen shot when it happens cause it is soo laggy that i cant even open any app

Have you by chance inadvertently activated any kind of streaming or recording? Another member here had activated streaming through Invidia's GeForce Experience through some hotkey combination they weren't aware of.

No, i dont think so. I use this to just play a game or two. I dont record or stream.

Don't have to. I activated Nvidia Shield once without realizing it. So did someone else posting here recently with similar issues. Obviously something is running that you don't know about.
