low fps slow system

for the past day i've been getting 5-10 fps in every single game and i cant stand it anymore anybody please help me i have reinstalled gpu drivers 3 times already i really dont know what to do.

 

specs are ryzen 5 3600 gigabyte b550 gaming x 32gb corsair vengeance lpx 3000mhz sapphire rx 6600xt samsung 980 1tb
