Budget (including currency): 600-700 eur

Country: Estonia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: rdr2, Doom Eternal, Horizon Zero Dawn, Teardown, Rise of the tomb raider

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I am a first time pc builder and I made a pc list I put my local prices for al the components and I would like some criticism for the list Pcpartpicker list:https://fi.pcpartpicker.com/user/GloriusPC/saved/wCD2xr

Assuming you're going to be playing at 1080p this is a decent build to start from; leaves you plenty of room for upgrades. The motherboard you've chosen is capable of 128GB of ram max which is more than enough expansion room. If you decided you wanted to upgrade your CPU later down the road you would just want to verify it has a compatible BIOS version so you may have to update it. All in all looks like you've picked a decent build to start from with the parts that are available to you.

Good, just what was the alternative? You had a low end Ryzen which sets you up for a good upgrade path down the line. Doubt the top end ryzen CPU's will be outdated in even 4 years. No idea how flexible the LGA 1700 platform will be. Intel still keeping up the same one motherboard for each generation shenanigans?

Can't say how scuffed the Eesti market is for parts but 1660 is a very old cards for 2022. It is the minimum anyone should consider. That being said, looking at GPU pricing, a 1660 is still better than nothing.
