Same issue in other games.

Maybe drivers from old GPU is messing things up. Have you tried DDU?

i have tried ddu fresh os install , tried old drivers everything the temps are also fine when i stress test the gpu i get full utilization and everything is normal but in games not getting what is should get.

If a stress test uses the full GPU, then it might be a CPU bottleneck. I would look at the per-core usage in Task Manager, if the game isn't optimized for multi-core you might have one or two cores maxed out while the others are idle. I'm not clear from your initial post, is the framerate actually worse than before you upgraded the GPU, or is it just not as good as you hoped it would be?

The current screenshot i gave is just for example the issue I'm facing i should get more fps then what im getting and for other games example valorant or rainbow six i had a 1060 before and there no change in fps maybe 20 30 fps increment the issue is in most games some games runs fine for a while then fps just dips temps are also normal  The framerates are not worse then before but the framerate im getting is not what i hoped for according to other benchmarks the difference is to much  .

In the performance overlay, I can see GPU utilization, but not CPU utilization. Can you turn on CPU utilization as well?

Mostly because your CPU is only drawing 40 watts, which is surprising given the situation.

That's what they are designed to do. GPU stress tests do not represent real life performance in games, as they do not use the CPU as much or in the same way. There are no NPC pathfinding calculations to do when the gpu is just making a furry eyeball spin (furmark).

Do you have anything running in the background? what settings are you running at? Do you have Vsync on?

Nothing running on background vsync is off i tired with on same result and its running on ultra RT with dlls quality  even if i crackdown settings kind of same performance

That's my point, if a stress test which only slams the GPU and nothing else runs and gets typical scores, then it's probably not the GPU's fault. It's probably another component holding back the shiny new GPU in real-world gaming loads that use all the components evenly.

I'd still like to see the CPU usage per core. Could be a couple of them are maxed out, and the rest are idle because the game isn't optimized for multi core. If you're turning down the graphics and still seeing the same low framerate, it might be that the only solution is unfortunately buying a faster CPU.
