NVIDIA Control Panel Not Saving

Hello everyone,

 

I have recently bought a 780ti and I would like to enable adaptive v-sync on through the NVIDIA cp. Though, it lets me to pick the option "adaptive" and apply the settings, as soon as I exit out of the cp, when I come back and check, it goes back to default. Can someone help me please. Thank you!
