I have a 360mm Arctic AIO front mounted exhaust and 3 fans (two on top as intake and 1 on back as exhaust). Should I make any changes to the configuration as many people have been telling me to have the AIO as intake and the top and back as exhaust..

I always just have the fans as Intake, the only exhaust is the case fan thats on next to the IO panel. This is the gold standard way of doing it without issue, having the airflow is better then none. It will only change a degree or two at  most

What about the ones at the top, Should they be intake as well or exhaust?

Yeah i do every fan as intake, makes for a Happy motherboard and other components that like having some airflow over them. The only exhaust i have is the back casefan by the IO so. Do this for pretty much all my builds and never had an issue.
