Bought a bare bones 3090, got a cooler for the die, but now I need some cheap yet good heatsinks + thermal pads for the 24 gigs of ram. Any ideas?

Are there other parts I need to cool too?

Thanks.

What about the VRMs? - They need cooling as well.

The VRMs are an important part of the power delivery of the GPU.

Any heatsinks work really as long as they cover the full chip. Just make sure that there is some airflow over them although they might as well work passively. The same goes for the VRMs. To attach them, if you know that it's permanent, put them on the VRAM and the VRMs with thermal epoxy or if you don't want to do that, thermal paste might also work for keeping them attached

could I not use thermal pads? IF not, do you know any good thermal paste?
