Problem with Coolermaster Quickfire TK

ok... i have few problem with my keyboard.

with the computer i'm currently using, i have Coolermaster tk, it is a great keyboard and i like it. but i have a problem with it.

sometimes, when i turn on the computer, computer won't recognize the keyboard at all. it should light up when the computer boots up but sometimes, i doesn't.

i though it was faulty cable but after few weeks later, same problem occurs. and i don't know why.

i shouldn't be driver issue, if it is, i don't know why sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

ithe keyboard works fine with my old laptop with USB 2.0. in this computer, i can't get it to work unless i plug it into USB 3.0

any help will be appreciated.

Keep it plugged in a USB 3.0 port maybe
