Multiple program crashes

Hi! 

For a few days now I've been having a lot of problems with different programs crashing. No error messages, the program just freezes and then crashes. 
It has happened with Battlefield 2042, Plex windows player, Chrome and Command & Conquer 3. 

I have tried Furmark, Powershell sfc /scannow, new GPU drivers and MemTest 86. So far - nothing. Any ideas, what to diagnose or where to go on?

I'm running Windows 10, 32GB DDR4, Ryzen 3700x and GTX 1080.

The OS and Chrome are running on a Samsung 970 M.2 2TB SSD, the games are on a SanDisk Sata SSD.

I don't know man it might be corrupted windows or a bad update
