I have a 1080p 165hz and 4k 60hz.

I am upgrading from a Celeron N4020 and a HD600 GPU.

I have all the peripherals needed ( monitors, keyboard, speaker, mouse, and a headset) .

Little bit over budget, but definitely worth it for the better CPU, and even more worth it for the PSU that is not the worst thing available like the one you chose.
