I'm looking for an outlined font like this one:

13662acd0c2cace7ead6b699fc11721f.jpg

But the problem with such fonts is that when you change color to let's say orange, the black line becomes orange and the inside remains transparent.

What I need is exactly the opposite - an outlined font where the black line remains black and the inside of the font becomes orange. So, do you know of any font like that?

Arch Linux LTS Cinnamon, Core i7-4770, GTX 1660 Ti 6GB, 32GB DDR3-1600 RAM, AsRock B85M Pro4, SSD: Corsair 120LE, Western Digital 500GB, HDD: Western Digital 500GB + 1TB + 4TB.

Unfortunately, fonts don't work like that. (TL;DR: they're actually "programs" that explain to your computer how to make the shapes, but they're limited to monochrome).

Most graphics programs will let you set separate outline and fill colors on your text.

I've never used a font creation program in my life, so IDK what to do with it. That's why I asked about an already existing font.

Does your software allow you to add a stroke or outline to the text? (Either convert it to vector shapes, or add a stroke to the graphics layer in a Photoshop-like raster program...)

I sold my soul for ProSupport.

Not talking of font creation programs, just standard image editors (photoshop, gimp, etc)

It doesn't. I spent a whole week trying to make it work with CSS outlining (or strokes, as you called it) but it doesn't work. It supports CSS, just not that part of it. I have noi dea why, though. So the only way I could make it look the way I want is to have an outlined font whose inside can be colored.

If it were about simple image editing, I wouldn't even have to ask, bc with images you can say I'm quite resourceful. But it's a software, not a single image.

What software?

Even Microsoft Word lets you do this:

I believe it's a reference to the Calendar included with the Cinnamon desktop environment (i.e. Linux Mint).

OP should've just said that. something at domain dot TLD just looks like an email address...

In that case, I don't think there's much you can do except doctor the text up in an image editing program and paste it in as a graphic.

(Insert boilerplate "it's open source, just write the plugin you want yourself!" Linux feature request response here.)

There are a lot of people trying to build standards for use of multicolor fonts for computers, but as far as I've seen there is no agreement yet on standards for this, and any support for the existing systems will be very limited. That said, some use the SVG standard and could therefore potentially be supported widely, even in a very preliminary state, and plugins might be made for something open source like this, or proselytes of the new multicolor fonts might be convinced to write such plugins to show off their ideas.

Search multicolor fonts or chromatic fonts to find what there is. Some info on this page: https://www.colorfonts.wtf/
