Hi all!

I'm having some trouble getting my new setup to work.

I have a Asrock B550M Pro4 motherboard with a AMD Ryzen 3 3100 CPU.

I've got a G.Skill Aegis 16GB kit for memory, a Kingston A400 SSD and I'm using my GTX 1660 Ti for now as a graphics card.

To power this I have a Cooler Master V650 SFX Gold.

When I try to boot the PC the monitor turns on and displays an Asrock screen with "Press F2 or DELETE to run UEFI setup" and "Press F11 for Boot Menu".

No matter what I do (nothing, press F2, DELETE, F11), the PC will reboot and display the same screen for about a second. And again, and again, and again....

I've tried the following things:

- Change RAM slots

- Remove 1 RAM stick

- Reseat CPU (twice)

- Move GPU to other PCI-E slot

- Check and reconnect cables

- Move SSD

- Remove SSD

I'm kinda at a loss here. Is there anything more I can check?

Something wrong with the board I'm thinking. That Cpu, 3100 is supported by All bios revisions or I'd advice to flash the bios.

Maybe try and clear the cmos and give it another try.

Thanks for your reply! I've also thought about the bios flashing, but since the CPU should indeed be supported I did not do that.

I've tried clearing the cmos multiple times and also tried to hook up another PSU. That didn't work.

My next (and last) step I can think of is transferring my 3700x from my personal rig to this motherboard to see if the CPU is defective (it's the only part that I bought second hand).

If someone has more ideas, I'm all ears! If this doesn't work I'll have to contact the store support to see what they can do for me.
