Would be compatible but you should change some things for better price/performance.

 

1. Why 2 SSD's? The A400 is pretty bad and 970 Evo Plus is usually overpriced. Something like a 1tb SN570, Sabrent Rocket Q, Crucial P2 or MX500 is usually much better.

 

2. If 3200mhz CL16 RAM is cheaper, get that, it's pretty much just as fast.

 

3. If 12400F and a decent B660 is cheaper that will be nearly as fast and have better upgradeability.

 

Also where are you buying from? Seeing the prices I assume Australia or Canada?

A GPU is required. If one won't fit in the budget, get a 5600G instead of the 5609X.

 

Get a 1TB NVMe drive and drop the 500 NVMe and 480 SATA 2.5" units. Pretty much anything you get would be fine.
