Incorrect Shirt Size

Hey y'all,

I recently purchased one of the flannel shirts and didn't realize until too late, I accidentally ordered a large shirt, which I know off the bat is definitely going to be oversized. I read the return policy/exchange policy on the website but I just wanted to check and ensure that clothing can be exchanged for a different size. Some stores won't allow exchanges on any clothing items and LTT Store doesn't specify anything regarding clothes.

I'm aware they operate separately, and I did email, but being the weekend I wanted to just see if anyone on the forum has had a similar experience to my dumb mistake and how it was resolved for them! Thanks for the tip though 🙂
