Buzzing Sound

I just bought a new PC, every time my GPU (gtx 1650) is being used, I get a horrible buzzing/screeching sound in my headphones. I wonder why this is. Yesterday I was playing Minecraft, the buzzing noise was there but the sound would change slightly when I move my mouse to look around. It seems that the more my GPU is being used, the more intense the sound is.
