Constant fps

First of all, my computer is has a 3070, b550m, ryzen 7 3700x with 32 gbs ram.

 

I run most games at the same frames per second no matter what settings i run other than extremely high and whenever i put anti-aliasing or scale it up like from 1920x1080 to 2560x1080. I have 2 monitors, a 200hz ultrawide and a 280hz main monitor i use for gaming. What i think the solution would be is to upgrade my cpu but i researched online and built my pc to 3080 spec but couldnt find one for not 1300 and went with a 3070. Can somebody please help with this. drivers are updated. I play rust and war thunder

not just rust and war thunder but mainly at the moment those 2

i can crank rust other than upscale and aa but thats the only thing that changes my fps. 40-70fps in rust depending on server whether its cranked to absolute max or minimum settings.

its a sceptre 200hz 30in 2560x1080 monitor

is the ppi to low for gaming? I was wanting to get that same one from sceptre but was told it was to low of a resolution for my games (I play warzone at 1080p)

I dont use it for gaming, I used to and its good but if you want to play something competitively get a smaller one. I never noticed issues with the resolution because its the same res just longer and more pixels
