Try again. Unzip ThrottleStop into a new folder and do not move this folder. Run ThrottleStop and let it create a new ThrottleStop.INI configuration file. Open the TPL window, check the Speed Shift option, set the Max value and press OK to save it. Do not press the X close gadget or your setting will not be saved.

Reopen the TPL window to double check. Exit ThrottleStop and restart it to double check. I have no problems with this setting being saved for future use. You will have to start ThrottleStop each time so it applies this setting to the CPU. Use the Task Scheduler to start ThrottleStop when Windows starts.

Post a screenshot of the FIVR window if you are still having problems. The default Windows 11 virtualization settings can block access to a lot of the CPU registers.

the problem is i set up the speed limit as said and its working but as s0on as i close throttle stop it stops
