PC Crash - Cache Hierarchy Error

hello!

 

I have issue with random pc crash, sometimes full screen games (League of Legends), sometimes with browser tabs like steam.tv

 

Full setup:

 

MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX

AMD R5 3600

SAPPHIRE Radeon RX 5700XT NITRO 8GB

FSP Dagger PRO 650W

Corsair 2x8GB DDR4 3200MHz Vengeance LPX Red

Samsung 1TB 860 QVO

 

OS: Windows 11 (same problem with windows 10)

Edition    Windows 11 Pro
Version    21H2
Installed on    ‎2022. ‎03. ‎18.
OS build    22000.613
Experience    Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22000.613.0

it comes after this error lately
