So last night I was trying to stream with OBS and it keep crashing. So I restarted my PC and windows would not boot. I turned my PC off for the night and figured I would fix it before work. Well today, I booted up the PC and it load to the login screen, but it was a just a blue screen with the date and time. I figured maybe if I login it would fix itself, but when I tried to pull in my pin the screen was still blue with just the three icons in the lower right hand corner, no account info and way to put in my pin. I tried to restart the PC by clicking the power icon and hit restart but nothing happened. It just seemed to freeze. I have tried to boot in recovery, safe mood, tried to use the command prompt to fix it, I even tried to do a fresh install of windows but it wouldn't let me cause of the UEFI settings, so I changed that and still nothing. I am wondering if it is a hardware issue with the M.2 or a software issue. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

If even a fresh install didn't let you in, I would lean more towards a hardware issue at this point. If you can, try booting from a SATA drive to see if that works. I had a b450 board where the M.2 slot just... stopped working. NVMe drive went into a laptop and works fine; the motherboard just decided it didn't like M.2 drives anymore.
